Fiamma was wine first — fermented in Puglia from Susumaniello, an ancient varietal grown almost nowhere else, then gently dealcoholized to 0.0%. It is the only still red in the Prima Pavé range. Dried plum and blackberry lead, blueberry sits underneath, and cocoa and cardamom carry the finish.
