“Pistachio, Nutella & Vanilla” - Ice Creams and Dreams 2026 Inspired by the palettes of traditional Italian gelato, this piece explores the psychological connection between colour, texture, and taste. The heavily textured bands run down the canvas like rich, artisanal flavours: vanilla, pistachio, Nutella and glossy raspberry sauce. The sections are worked with highly expressive palette knifes to bring the canvas to life through texture.
