Luum Braces Cleaning Foam can be used up to four times daily in two main ways: As a Foaming Rinse ("Swish It"): Dispense 1 full pump directly into your mouth. Swish thoroughly for 60 seconds. Spit out and rinse your mouth with water. As a Brushing Booster ("Brush with It"): Dispense 1–2 full pumps directly onto your toothbrush. Brush your teeth thoroughly for 2–3 minutes. Can be paired safely alongside your regular fluoride toothpaste How to use: Swish it Dispense 1 full pump of Luum foam into your mouth. And simply swish it around in your mouth for 60 seconds. Spit out and rinse. Brush with it Dispense 1-2 full pumps of Luum foam onto your toothbrush and brush your teeth as usual for 2-3 minutes. Can be used with a fluoride toothpaste.
