Black Antler - Barleywine

Single 16oz Bottle BARLEYWINE • 11.1% Black Antler was brewed as a black Barleywine, with the intention of showcasing a myriad of exceptional specialty malts, to create a deep depth of malt character as a canvas for an addition of Brazilian grown Vanilla. The combination of the specialty malts, heavy hopping, a lengthy boil, strong fermentation, and storage for many moons, at near freezing temperatures, creates a beautifully smooth beer with a great body, mouthfeel, and foam. The addition of Brazilian grown Vanilla adds some juicy sweetness with notes of mocha, caramel, wood, & subtle spice. While brewed with the intention of drinking fresh, we expect this beer to cellar nicely to be able to enjoy into the future.
