August’s Signature Meat Collection brings together five distinct favorites for the grill: (Two) 20oz Prime Dry-Aged Porterhouse - A classic steakhouse cut combining the rich flavor of a NY Strip with the tenderness of Filet Mignon, elevated through our dry-aging process. (Two) Prime 850 Dry-Aged Ribeye, Bone-In - Reserved from the highest levels of USDA Prime, with exceptional marbling and the concentrated flavor that comes from dry aging. (Two) 10oz USDA Prime Hanger Steaks - Deeply beefy, incredibly flavorful and one of the butcher’s favorite cuts. (Two) 12oz USDA Prime NY Strips - A steakhouse essential with the ideal balance of tenderness, marbling and bold beef flavor.
