9.5”H x 7”W x 7”D Contemporary signed Marvin Bailey ceramic face jug with two spouts. 'Marvin Bailey' carved to base. Brown glaze jug distinctively detailed with sculpted face, black facial hair and bared crooked black teeth. Excellent condition - see photos for condition details. Marvin Bailey is a self-taught potter from Lancaster, South Carolina famous for his highly expressive, whimsical, and sometimes grotesque characters. All Chamonix products are vintage and/or antique.
