Published on the occasion of the completion of a 660km walk across Ireland. This walk covers part of the E8, a European Long Distance Walking route, which friends Frieda Meaney and Barbara Jeffery started in 2021 and followed several waymarked paths from Marley Park in Dublin to Dursey Island in West Cork . The book is their combined responses to the walk rather than a detailed description . It does include maps of each section and photographs by both walkers . Frieda (friedameaney.com) produced mixed media paintings inspired by the walks and Barbara produced eco prints using plant based dye inspired by plants growing along the paths.
