Roses by the Stables

9" by 12" oil on canvas panel This painting is based on a photo I took outside the stables at Château Orquevaux. I was fortunate to be there in May, when all of the flowers were in full bloom. I loved the way the afternoon sunlight fell across the petals and brought out all of their beautiful colours. All paintings come securely packaged, varnished, and ready to hang with a certificate of authenticity.
