The cherries are washed and depulped with water from the Kii River, then dried on raised beds before being graded and sorted at the Central Kenya Coffee Mill in Karatina. The result is a balanced, expressive cup with notes of Prunes, Fig Danish, and Nutmeg, reflecting the rich character of coffees grown in this region.
