LOCATION: BEVERLY HILLS, CA Thank you for registering as a YUMI Lash Lift model! WHAT IS A LASH LIFT MODEL APPOINTMENT? A lash lift model appointment is a hands on training appointment held at the YUMI Lashes Academy in Beverly Hills. During your appointment, you will receive a YUMI Lash Lift performed by a licensed esthetician who is completing their official YUMI certification under the supervision of our educators. These appointments are designed to give our trainees real life experience while allowing models to receive a YUMI Lash Lift at a significantly reduced price. This is not a regular salon appointment with one of our senior YUMI technicians. BOOKING POLICY • All lash lift model appointments must be booked through our website. • Appointments are available on a first come, first served basis. • Your booking is confirmed once your purchase has been completed. • Model appointments are reserved exclusively for the selected training date and time. • Appointments cannot be transferred to another person or moved to another training date. • All model appointment fees are final and non refundable. MODEL APPOINTMENT INFORMATION • Your service will be performed by a licensed esthetician who is currently completing YUMI training. • Every trainee receives extensive education and practical preparation before working on a model and is supervised throughout the training. • Although our educators are present to guide the trainee, this remains a learning environment. Results may vary from those performed by a senior technician. ADDITIONAL SERVICES The following services may be added during your appointment for an additional fee: • Lash Tint • Brow Tint • Brow Lamination • Brow Wax Please ask your trainee for current pricing. APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS • You must arrive completely free of lash extensions. • Please arrive without eye makeup whenever possible. • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Our training days follow a structured schedule, and every model is assigned a specific time slot. We are unable to delay the training schedule for late arrivals. RESULTS By booking a lash lift model appointment, you acknowledge and understand that: • This is a training appointment. • Individual results may vary. • No refunds, credits, complimentary services, or compensation will be provided based on the outcome of the service. • We are committed to providing the highest quality training possible, and every trainee is supervised throughout the appointment. However, as this is part of a live educational program, results cannot be guaranteed. AFTERCARE To help maintain your results and support the health of your natural lashes, we highly recommend using the YUMI Keratin Mascara and YUMI Biotin Mascara as part of your daily aftercare routine. LOCATION All lash lift model appointments take place exclusively at our Beverly Hills Academy. You will receive a confirmation email after booking. Appointment details, including the address and parking information, will be sent prior to your appointment.
