MOK COFFEE X APAX LAB Water Mineral Concentrate

Developed in collaboration with APAX LAB, this bottle contains a unique blend of minerals calibrated by MOK COFFEE to brighten the cup while enhancing texture and balance, especially in light-roasted coffees. Drawing on APAX LAB’s competition-proven mineral profiles, it allows you to fine-tune clarity and structure in your brew. Use it to bring more definition to delicate filter coffees, elevate everyday brews, or add a final layer of refinement to signature serves and competition routines. How to use: Shake well for a few seconds before use. Use the dropper to add the concentrate to demineralised water, or directly to your coffee. We recommend 3–4 g per litre of water, or 5–10 drops per cup. This flexible dosing makes it easy to adapt your water and your cup to different coffees, brewing methods, and taste preferences.
