Antique Two Stone Twist in 18k Gold and Platinum – 1.1cts

A vintage two stone ‘Toi et Moi’ diamond ring set in 18k gold and platinum. This ring features two beautiful old diamonds with a stunning sparkle, claw set to a platinum twist. To each side of the twist are diamonds set shoulders which graduate towards the centre of the ring, catching the light beautifully. This ring is a very elegant on the hand and is beautifully bright – one of the nicest examples of a two stone twist we have seen in some time. The ‘Toi et Moi’ ring has a long history, dating back to the 18th century. The two stones are most often seen in a twist setting or set beside each other and are said to symbolise love and prosperity. The two largest diamonds are each approximately 0.5cts, and the ring has a total diamond carat weight of 1.15cts. The ring is size i 1/2 and is suitable for moderate resizing if required.
