Peace of mind for your order, from our shop to your door. Add Order Protection at checkout, and we'll make it right if anything happens to your order in transit — replaced or refunded, your choice, at no additional cost. What's protected Lost in transit — tracking stops moving for 7 days or more (15 days for carrier-acknowledged delays) Stolen — marked delivered but never received Damaged — arrives broken or damaged from shipping How it works Email us at orders@podiumarcher.com with your order number (for damage, include a couple of photos of the item and packaging). We'll confirm the details — no forms, no runaround. Choose a free replacement or a full refund of the affected items. Replacements ship at no charge. The details Report lost or stolen orders within 30 days of the expected delivery date, and damage within 7 days of delivery. Order Protection covers one order — the one it was purchased with — and the fee itself is refunded if you cancel before shipment. It protects against what happens in transit; it doesn't extend the product warranty or cover damage after delivery. Stolen-order reports may require a police report number for high-value items.
