Posh 2024
Posh is our Pošip, grown in Čara on the island of Korčula. It ferments and matures in large, egg-shaped concrete tanks to preserve the full freshness and fruitiness of this wonderful Dalmatian variety. After a year, it is bottled and ready to drink. With typical peach aromas and an almond-like aftertaste, it pairs perfectly with white fish dishes, as well as light risottos and pasta.
