Our Blue Quarry range pays homage to the bluestone quarry in which our winery finds its home. Crafted from exceptional single vineyard sites, these wines showcase nuance, craftsmanship and a profound connection to the land, inviting a journey through the distinct character of each vineyard. One of the most classically structured vineyards in the Bethany Wines stable. Clay loam over a calcareous subsoil, the wine has all the deep dark fruit we expect of the Barossa along with lifted aromatics and refreshing acidity that maintains drive, balance and ageability.
