Each pack includes six, 12 inch clear latex balloons and packet of powder blue paper confetti A funnel is included to help with inserting the confetti into each balloon Note that special care must be taken to carefully separate all the confetti prior to insertion into the balloons. Each balloon must then be rubbed with some static material after inflation in order to make the confetti stick to the outside of the balloon Can be used with helium or air but not hi-float.
