Get Ready for Hockey - twice a week 5:10-5:50pm

B360 Sports Training Facility located at 274 Mackenzie Ave, Ajax. This is on the mini rink (Real ice surface) This twice a week program will help develop strength and balance using skills and techniques. Great for the beginner skaters who wants to be introduced to the basics or the intermediate who wants to improve Skating & Hockey skills. 20 minutes skating skills & 20 minute stick handing, passing, shooting and scrimmage.
