Made in collaboration with Padma Lakshmi, our Mango Hot Sauce takes its cue from Padma’s beloved South Indian condiment: a bright, tart, and fiery mango curry traditionally served at weddings. We start with unripened mangoes for their sharp tang and complex floral bite, balancing that vivid acidity with Kashmiri chili and toasted mustard seed for a deep, aromatic heat. The result is a complex and versatile hot sauce with sweet-sour mango wrapped in spice and smoke.
