Crate dimensions: 85cm (D) x 110cm (W) x 115cm (H) Moisture content: guaranteed below 15%, typically 8-12% IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE ORDERING Access: Our half crates are delivered using a vehicle with a tail lift and moved with a pallet truck. Please note: the pallet truck cannot travel over soft or uneven surfaces such as grass, gravel, soil, curbs/steps, or steep inclines. Delivery requires a flat, solid, and smooth surface such as concrete or tarmac. If our driver determines that the delivery location is unsuitable, they may either: Leave the crate in the safest possible nearby location, or Refuse delivery and arrange a re-delivery, which will incur an additional re-delivery fee.
