It has an inset cuffed sleeve and the extra wide front panels can be worn down, or with one side gathered to the neck or draped across one shoulder. The colour is Heather Blue - a 'textured' blue with slight specs of white and black woven throughout. Fabric is fine and soft with great stretch and drape.
