2023 Gros Manseng

Gros Manseng is a high acid variety, hailing from the French Pyrenees. This wine was fermented in stainless steel but purposely left with 8g/L residual sugar to balance the natural acidity. The wine displays characters of citrus and stone fruit with good weight and balanced acid. The wine was bottled while young and fresh, but matured in bottle to add maturity and complexity. A great food match for rich or Asian style foods.
