Adhoc-One-Time Onsite Service Request / New Installation Request The onsite service request is chargeable on a per ad-hoc basis, a service fee is applied for any onsite diagnosis, filter(s) replacement service, delivery service, or any other types of services that require on-site inspection or an onsite service crew to be called in. When it requires us to activate our service crew to do an onsite visit or onsite support, a call-back service charge is applied. Depending on the complexity of the service needed, an additional fee will apply on a per ad-hoc basis.
