Bottled at 55% ABV, it delivers impressive concentration without losing the freshness and mineral edge that define the house style. It starts with estate-grown, ripe Blue Weber agave, cooked for two days in brick ovens, roller-mill crushed and fermented in open-air stainless-steel tanks with cultivated local yeasts. The tequila is then double distilled in stainless-steel pot stills using volcanic rock-filtered well water. No glycerin, chemicals or flavours are added.
