Muller-Oswald Spatburgunder

Aromas of cherries and currants underpinned by fine mocha notes. The palate is rounded with medium acidity and fine silky tannins lending to good structure while at the same time having an ease of drinkability making this wine very enjoyable now. Aromas and flavours continue to reveal themselves on the palate with light black pepper and dark berries and light spice. The finish is long and complex with nuances of cassis and a subtle hint of hazelnut in the background. Serve this slightly chilled and enjoy with range of foods and flavours. Some pairing suggestions are a saucy ratatouille, roast chicken dinner or steak, fries and salad.
