Important Notes and Disclaimer If you have previously used lifting shoes with a heel-to-toe drop of 15 mm or more, please allow an adjustment period to become accustomed to the lower heel height of this product. Do not overtighten the front strap. The shoe is designed to allow sufficient freedom of movement for the toes. Excessive tightening may restrict toe movement and prevent the shoe from performing as intended. This product is designed exclusively for squatting. It is not intended for other types of training, cardiovascular exercise, or outdoor use. Due to manufacturing tolerances, individual measurements may vary by approximately 1 cm, even between products of the same size. Products purchased through secondary markets, including online flea markets and other resale platforms, are not covered by our warranty.
