Titus Lace in Echinops (Dyelot 240726)

Hand dyed 75% superwash merino, 25% silk 2ply laceweight in colourway Echinops. Titus Lace is a beautiful, shimmery, soft and smooth 2ply laceweight. The merino is superwash (although we recommend you handwash anything made in laceweight yarn) and together with the silk content creates great stitch definition and a fabric with great drape. It's a very luxurious yarn, and perfect for those who want the shine but without the hairyness that you get with baby alpaca, as found in Askham Lace. Stats: 75% superwash extrafine merino, 25% mulberry silk 100g 800m/872yds 2.5 - 3.5mm needles 28 WPI Handwash and lay flat to dry We recommend that you wash dark colours separately or wash a swatch before using dark and light colours together. As with all hand dyed yarns, I would recommend that you alternate skeins if using more than one.
