The Belich family—owners of the local grocery store and true farm-to-table stewards—have quickly become fixtures in the community, and we are proud to work with their fruit. Clean and aromatic, with lifted notes of ripe tropical fruit led by passionfruit, layered alongside subtle hints of orchard fruit. Focused and textural on the palate, this Pinot Gris balances brightness with gentle weight. Lees aging builds roundness and cohesion, while fresh acidity brings energy and precision. The wine carries a smooth, integrated profile through the mid-palate, finishing clean, crisp, and refreshing.
