This beautiful handcrafted embroidered basket is made from ‘rabane’ which is a finer raffia matting than our traditional French market baskets. It is supple and flexible and light weight to carry but still just as strong. Very pretty in a variety of colours with spots on both sides. The bottom is flat so things stand upright making them good for shopping or simply perfect for everyday use like going out or to work. Features include long riveted leather handles of approximately cm, reinforced leather corners and a colour coordinated material drawstring topper. It closes easily to hide contents with a cord lock spring loaded toggle, yet it is really easy to see everything you have in there once opened.
