The rescued bears featured in this calendar are all survivors of the illegal wildlife trade and bile farming across Southeast Asia. Some were orphaned as cubs, others spent years confined in tiny cages. Today, they live in spacious sanctuary habitats where they can climb trees, splash in pools, explore the forest, forage for fruits, and play with their friends. Every rescued bear is an individual, with their own personality, preferences and favourite places to spend the day. With expert veterinary care, nutritious diets, gentle rehabilitation and spacious forest habitats, rescued bears gradually rediscover the natural behaviours they were born to express. This year’s calendar celebrates those moments. It reflects their resilience, and the remarkable lives that rescued bears can live when given the chance. By purchasing this calendar, you’re helping provide lifelong sanctuary care for hundreds of rescued bears just like them, across Southeast Asia. All calendars are sent by Australia Post for Australia, SE Asia, US and Canada orders, and from the UK for UK & Europe. In order to minimise the cost to you, they are sent without tracking. Delivery may take 3 to 6 weeks for orders outside of Australia & the UK, and deliveries are slowed during holiday periods.
