Let Me Love, O God, As You Love

“Let Me Love, O God, As You Love” is a brief refrain based on Matthew 5:44-45, “But I say to you: love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be children of your Parent in heaven, for God makes the sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the righteous and on the unrighteous.” There is also a nod to Matthew 5:41. This song is used most often as a sending song at the close of worship, but can be used for other moments in worship as well.
