The Apostles’ Creed Flip Book

Confessing our faith by using ancient creeds is an important part of the history of the Reformed church. The creeds are foundational to expressing what we believe as Christians. There are ecumenical, or universal, creeds that have been received and believed by Christian churches across the centuries. Creeds, like the Apostles’ Creed, are often used in worship to help the congregation publicly profess their faith. This flip book breaks down the Apostles’ Creed into ten short phrases. Each phrase is paired with a simple illustration as a visual cue to help kids learn to recognize and recite the Apostles’ Creed. This flip book uses illustrations from our Children’s Catechism Visuals. To aid learning, definitions for each phrase of the Apostles’ Creed are included at the back of the flip book.
