It's delicious as a dip, with pasta or bruschetta. Storage Instructions: Once opened, keep the surface covered with a thin layer of oil, refrigerate, and consume within 10 days. Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil, cashew nuts, fresh DOP Genovese basil (30%), sea salt, pine nuts, onion, acidity regulator: citric acid.
