The 6.5-foot bed is the part people underestimate — you're not perched on an edge with your feet dangling. Pull the spare material under your legs, lean back, and it stops being a chair. The hardware is deliberately oversized. Thirty-six heavy end cords share the load, and every connection runs through a jumbo stainless steel ring rather than ordinary hardware. The stand is Siberian larch — slow-grown, resin-dense, tight-grained — which is why it takes a season outdoors without fuss.
