Vanilla-flavored pudding powder for 1/2 L (500 ml) of milk (yields approximately 4 servings) 1. Mix the contents of the packet with 2–3 tablespoons of sugar and 4 tablespoons of milk. Bring the remaining milk to a boil. 2. Remove the boiling milk from the heat and add the prepared mixture. 3. Return to the heat and cook over low heat for about 1 minute, stirring gently until the mixture thickens. 4. Pour the hot pudding into molds rinsed with cold water and allow to cool.
