Place the drill template on the balancer with the supplied bolt 2. Rotate the drill hole 180° from the factory key 3. Mark drill bit at 1-5/8" drill depth with tape or a paint marker 4. Drill the crank slowly using lubricant until at the drill depth of 1-5/8". Be sure to hold the bit square with the end of the crank. 5. Remove the template & clean the hole. 6. Install dowel pin 7. Install crank bolt and torque to spec. 2001-2010 74 ft-lbs + 105 degrees 2010.5-2020+ 74 ft-lbs + 90 degrees With our balancer bolt: 255 ft-lbs
