VINTAGE BLACK HAORI SHEER "sha, murasaki-momiji, SHH030"

Genuine vintage Japanese kimono. This is called a HAORI. One-of-a-kind-vintage. The outer fabric is black, contrasted with vivid red details within the design. As the garment moves, flashes of red emerge dramatically from beneath, creating a striking visual effect. A highly rare and distinctive piece. There are two types of Japanese kimonos traditionally worn in the summer: "ro" and "sha." Both are made of silk. (Some recent ones have synthetic fibers. ) Kimono fabrics of "ro" and "sha" are sheer and beautiful. This fabric is "sha." It features a beautiful transparent material.
