Manufacturer Introduction: Charles and the team at MetaKeebs spent over a year developing their custom electro-capacitive dome moulds designed to replicate the bounce and responsiveness of vintage HHKB Hybrid Type-S domes with their highly successful RS range. Responding to community feedback, they have returned with a new blue series aiming to replicate the highly sought after BKE dome experience. Product Description: BS domes are a more tactile dome series that are measured by peak force (the tactile bump) rather than bottom-out force, which is why the numbers look much heavier than Topre or RS domes. In practice, BS 65g feels similar to OEM Topre 45–55g and BKE Light, which is why most testers found it to be the sweet spot. BS 50g feels like a lighter Topre around 35–40g, and BS 75g feels like BKE Heavy or a very heavy Topre dome. So although the numbers are higher, the real-world feel is that BS domes are a more tactile, event-focused dome compared to RS (which are smoother and more OEM-like), and the usable range for most people will be 50g (light), 65g (medium/standard), and 75g (heavy tactile). These domes are of elite quality. I personally don't think there is another aftermarket dome offering the same value for money and sound quality anywhere.
