Primitive Camping

We aint got much of hotels down this way. So if you risked it then you need to get a camping pass so you can have a little bit of room you can call your own while you are at the race. It aint fancy, it aint pretty, but it aint nothin niether.This weekend Primitive camp pass is valid June 19 @ 10:00 Am thru June 21 @ 12 Noon DISCLAIMER: Please bring receipt in case of ticket issue.... This will act as your Primitive Camping pass. *THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE INAUGURAL TICKETS* RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK By purchasing, accepting, and/or using this ticket and attending the event, the ticket holder (“Attendee”) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions: Attendee voluntarily assumes all risks, hazards, and dangers associated with participation in and attendance at the event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, theft, accidents, exposure to communicable diseases, or death arising from or related to the event, travel to and from the event, or activities occurring before, during, or after the event. Attendee hereby releases, waives, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless the event organizer, venue owner, promoters, sponsors, vendors, staff, volunteers, affiliates, agents, contractors, and all associated parties (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of or related to attendance at or participation in the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Attendee agrees to comply with all event rules, safety requirements, and instructions from event personnel. The Released Parties reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or inappropriate, without refund. All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer. The event organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, venue, entertainment, or activities without prior notice. By entering the event premises, Attendee grants permission to the Released Parties to use Attendee’s name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance in any live or recorded video, photograph, or other media for promotional, advertising, or commercial purposes without compensation or further authorization. If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. PURCHASE OR USE OF THIS TICKET CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.
