GANNA's Precision-Cut Technology ensures every carbon strand is placed based on structural demand, guided by finite element analysis (FEA) of connection points and high-stress zones. AEROFIN Bionic Structure The Angle° Pro introduces AEROFIN, which is a bio-inspired structural design applied to the bar's internal geometry. The bionic structure mimics load-distribution patterns found in natural systems, reinforcing material where forces concentrate and removing it where they don't. The result is a more efficient structure than conventional carbon bar geometry at the same or lower weight. 10mm Rise at Bar Ends The Angle° Pro features a subtle 10mm rise at both ends of the handlebars. The rise improves wrist alignment in the drops, reducing fatigue on longer efforts and providing a more natural hand position under load. Naked Carbon Finish with Full Laser Engraving The Angle° Pro ships with an exposed carbon weave surface finished with full laser engraving without any paint or decals. Natural weave variations between units are a characteristic of the material, not a manufacturing defect. Integrated Carbon Computer Mount: 18g The computer mount is integrally moulded from carbon fibre and weighs 18g - 10g lighter than the aluminium mount on the standard Angle°. Integral moulding means the mount is formed as one piece with the bar material, giving it better load transfer and a cleaner aesthetic than a bolt-on aluminium alternative. Carbon Stem Cap: 8g, Laser Engraved The stem cap is carbon fibre, laser engraved, and weighs 8g. Weighing less than half the weight of the standard Angle°'s 18g aluminium cap. Made from the same carbon material as the bar itself, so the finish is consistent across every visible surface. Analysis-Technology Layup Process GANNA's Analysis-Technology process begins with dynamic stress analysis across the full bar geometry, generating a precision map that guides the carbon layup. High-stress zones identified by FEA are reinforced, while low-stress zones are trimmed.
