Grown between 1,900 and 2,250 meters by producer Dimtu, this forest coffee is carefully handpicked and processed with precision, including a 24-hour fermentation and slow drying on raised beds — enhancing clarity and preserving its unique terroir. In the cup, expect a clean and refined profile. Bright citric notes lead into delicate florals and subtle stone fruit, supported by a silky body and a crisp, lingering finish.
