3.5 Carat Parti Colored Fantasy Cut Nigerian Sapphire

This unheated, parti colored sapphire from Nigeria is faceted in a fantasy cut oval shape. It's extremely clean internally and features a triple color split between a yellow, green, and rich blue zones. It has deep fantasy cuts and a very pronounced groove pattern. The design softly spreads and reflects the light into a mesmerizing twinkle as it's rotated. The face-up size of this gem is much bigger than the weight suggests, and looks closer to a 4ct - 5ct sapphire in size. This listing includes a GIA certification for this gemstone. This is one of my favorite and most exceptional sapphires I've ever had the pleasure to work on. Weight - 3.50ct Measurements - 12.62 mm x 8.28 mm x 2.95 mm Natural sapphire. The rough was sold to me as Nigerian origin. The GIA report states Basalt Related origin, which supports the Nigerian origin claim.
