Ragù Blend

Ragù is the first launch in our new One Pot Wonder series. Blends created to make everyday cooking taste fuller, deeper and more put together, without making it more complicated. This one was made for the dishes so many of us come back to again and again: bolognese, köttfärssås, lasagne and slow-cooked ragù. At the heart of the blend are two ingredients we especially love. A deeply savoury tomato powder that brings the impression of long simmering, and Zather, adding herbal warmth, lift and a quietly complex backbone. Together, they make a sauce feel more complete, more rounded and more deeply flavoured from the start. 1 pack (16 g) is enough for 1 kg minced meat or stew meat. For a quick weekday sauce, add the blend early together with tomato paste and let it bloom in the pan before adding the meat. For a slower ragù, let it simmer gently and deepen over time.
