CNG Inline Needle Valve Assembly
The CNG Inline Needle Valve Assembly can be used to control downstream pressure from the CNG source and be used to reduce freeze ups in the system. A common issue with high pressure systems is that as soon as there is a pressure differential between the tank and downstream components, is that system components get cold, very cold. By adding this Inline Needle Valve, the user can better manage where the pressure drop happens, reducing where and how much the system freezes up. A common practice is to place the CNG Inline Needle Valve Assembly as close to the burner tip as possible, usually on the 4-foot hose attached to the burner assembly. System pressure can be controlled at that point, reducing or eliminating icing up to the Valve Assembly.
