Named in honour of the Galliano family heritage, this Blanc de Blancs reflects Borgo Maragliano's long-standing commitment to traditional method sparkling wine in Alta Langa. The wine opens with delicate aromas of citrus, lime, white flowers, herbs and honey, supported by very fine persistent bubbles. The palate balances freshness with a creamy texture and mineral precision. Its brioche complexity, from 32 months lees ageing, make it a superb alternative to Champagne.
