You can consume it in the form of smoothies, desserts, shakes, juices or chopped & sliced pieces. Storage Tip: Keep your ripe Alphonso mangoes outside. Keeping them in the fridge will spoil them! Ordering Tip: Nutritionists recommend 1 mango a day. One dozen has 12 pieces- good for 2 persons a week. Best When: Ahhh- the list can go on and on!
