Actually measures slightly less (0.305") From a long closed industrial supply house. Rare. One side has micro adjustment screw . Measures approximately 9-1/2" overall. Measures approx. 5/16" in diameter . Premium vintage USA quality . Covered in light dried packing oil. Solvent will be be needed to clean the fine adjustment screws. Comes in the original box .
