Ingredients: Cumin, Coriander Seeds, Dry Mango, Turmeric, Red Chilli, Mint, Caraway, Iodized Salt, Kachri, Dry Ginger, Black Pepper, Cassia, Cardamom, Cloves, White Pepper, Mace, Nutmeg. How to Use: Boil 250 g of rajma (kidney beans) until soft. In a pan, heat 50 g of ghee or oil. Add 100 g chopped onions and 150 g chopped tomatoes. Cook until golden brown. Add salt and 20 g of Amritsari Rajma Masala (adjust as per taste). Add the boiled rajma along with its water and mix well. Cook on low flame for 10–15 minutes. The Razma is ready to be served. Note: Adjust spice level and consistency as per taste.
