NEW: Alex is bringing back his beloved Meteorite series, first created in the 1970's. In the early years, Alex frequently visited the gift shop at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in order to purchase large meteorite and crystal specimens to turn into incredible one-of-a-kind works. With this latest release, Alex is pleased to present these beautiful Limited Edition pieces to a new generation of collectors. Alex creates each setting by hand, molding the wax to the stone and later carving in additional details. But something curious happened once these rings went into casting... As these meteorites and wax were cast as one solid piece, it seems that during casting a layer of copper hidden with in the meteorite coated the ring in a beautiful red sheen. Alex loved this effect so much he decided to keep it, polishing back the rest of the ring to reveal the sterling silver underneath...
