This skirt is super limited & custom made to order. Pink tulip skirt 🌷- a fold over mini skirt double lined. crafted with a deadstock rayon jersey finished w ruffle details. Meant to be worn low rise on the hips. Can also be styled as a top. Reminder every piece is made to order by myself (Elise) and the turn around time for the first batch is about 2-3 weeks or sooner for items to be made and shipped.
