Petite Antique Automobile Lanterns

A pair of petite antique automobile lanterns by the maker Carey McFall Co. with cast brass arms and beveled glass panels. In their original finish of worn nickel plating and black paint, with the underlying solid brass showing through in many areas. The pillowed interior panels are silverplated. A small hinged door allows access for relamping. With new backplate-extenders, made in the Remains Lighting workshop that cover a standard junction box. Due to the antique nature of this pair of fixtures, there are nicks and imperfections in the glass or variation in form between the pair.
